New Podcast: from ideas to impact

Last spring, our founder Tino Chow spoke with Professor Jocelyn Bell’s students at Bryant University, and that conversation is now part of the From Ideas to Impact Podcast! In this series, creators and innovators from various industries joined students for conversations about how a love ethic drives their work. Together they explore the question How do you change the world in creative ways, no matter what industry you’re in?

In this episode, Tino shared one of the most important lessons he learned from the military, that high-performing teams aren’t built on hierarchy, they’re built on trust. Together with Dr. Bell’s students, they explored how trust, empathy, and mutual care aren’t just leadership qualities. They’re foundational to building strong brands and stronger communities.

Thank you Dr. Bell and Bryant University for the invitation, and the Amica Center for Career Education for sponsoring.
