Harnessing the THREE-HEADED MONSTER.
I started my career as an officer in the Singapore Army, where excellence and systems are non-negotiable. Then I went to art school, where I was surrounded by creative people with bold ideas. Then I graduated with a design degree… right into the 2008 recession.
And that’s when I learned a truth that changed everything. You can have an idea that could change the world and great marketing that lets everyone know about it, but without a sustainable business model, you’ll never see the impact you want to create.
This is why I started Giant Shoulders.
We built our agency on the belief that mission-driven innovators needed the support of the whole three-headed monster to succeed: operations, creativity, and business, working together to shift the balance and create a lasting impact.
