It wasn’t until recently that I saw the pattern in the work I do. At Giant Shoulders, we specialize in helping the Davids of the world build brands that punch above their weight. That’s our purpose, and it’s what we do best.
Why I Started an Agency
Like the startups we serve, Giant Shoulders was created to build something different, a challenger to tradition. We are collaborative, rigorous, yet flexible, and designed to make room for all the twists and turns our startup clients face.
In my career I’ve worked at traditional agencies. But later, while working for startups to hire some of those same agencies, I experienced firsthand the startup’s frustration with rigid structures. Traditional brand agencies just weren’t built for the speed and agility of startups, companies who are constantly experimenting, learning, and improving their product and business.
There simply had to be a better way.

I often say I feel like a three-headed monster when I walk in a room. I bring an operational mind, a creative mind, and a business mind.. Through a career that spans from the Singapore military to art school and business, I’ve found a passion for how new ideas make their way into the market and challenge the status quo.
I’ve had the opportunity to work with entrepreneurs, learn from their startups, and study how visionaries overcome skepticism and succeed despite the odds. That’s who we serve at Giant Shoulders.
