Honoring Local Leaders and Celebrating IMpact with LRI

Leadership Rhode Island celebrated another year of community impact at their 2026 Inspiring Leaders Luncheon on March 12th, 2026. We were proud to once again sponsor and attend this event that celebrates leadership, community, and the inspiring work happening across Rhode Island.

In the weeks leading up to the event, we worked with LRI to design their annual impact report, a printed booklet and website that highlights their local community impact and shares their vision for the years ahead. Our founder and 2017 LRI program alum Tino Chow set the course with vision and strategy. Then we brought together a team of women from Giant Shoulders and LRI to design the report and website.
We’re grateful to Michelle Carr, Mei Mei Long, and Abby Burnep for their vision and collaboration. The booklet and website were created by our design dream team Daria Nikolaeva and Iuliia Konopleva, and Nicole Eckerson steered our ops ship. The result is a report that beautifully captures the hopeful spirit of LRI and the RI leadership community.
