Cheo Rose-Washington Launches new Website

Congratulations to Cheo Rose-Washington on the launch of a personal brand and website! As an entrepreneur and business leader, Cheo's chance encounter with the hospital system led him to rethink how patient handoffs should happen.

In 2022, a failed handoff between hospitals led to two re-ruptures of Cheo's patellar tendons. Lying in a hospital bed after a second set of surgeries, he began to imagine how health providers might improve their communication and handoff process. From this experience, he developed a Relay Race Methodology™ that helps healthcare providers and patient safety officers reimagine handoffs not as a checklist, but as a relay race where everyone is a teammate committed to each other’s success.
