VINCI VR

Making offshore wind training real with VR.

Using VR, VINCI has focused on developing innovative workforce training and education tools for the growing offshore wind industry. With our help, they have a new website that highlights and sells their ready-made VR training experiences.

challenge

As VINCI shifted from building custom VR trainings to providing standardized training modules for the offshore wind industry, Vinci needed to quickly revise their website to clearly communicate and reflect current offerings.

INSIGHTS

Companies need to organize their web content from a customer’s perspective. Good communication is more than what you want to say. It’s about meeting your customers where they are.

OUTCOME

We didn’t just refresh VINCI’s website. We rebuilt it from the ground up. The new website is designed to highlight the off-shore wind training experiences they sell and clearly give customers the information they need.

01 / POSITIONING

Honing a clear narrative around their business strategy

Vinci's VR training works across industries, but the offshore wind sector offered a ripe opportunity. It opens career paths young workers might never have considered, but the work isn't for everyone. VR lets candidates experience the physical demands firsthand, cutting screening costs for employers.

Our strategy work helped Vinci step into their audience's perspective and craft a narrative they can share anywhere, from trade shows to their website.

02 / Website Design

Designing a website that sells the experience

Selling something as unique as VR training demands a website built for the job. We rebuilt Vinci's from the ground up to continue trade show conversations and make the path to purchase clear and simple.
