We designed a brand for SpringTide that suits a Venture Capital firm while differentiating them through their values and design. For the brand to truly stand apart from others, we developed a tailored communication strategy to cultivate lasting investor relationships.

Building a Rhythm of Engagement for Passionate Partners

SpringTide has taken a unique path to build their fund. Instead of focusing on a few investors, their strategy is to include as many as possible, building a community of founders, operators, and investors in the medtech space who are deeply invested in SpringTide’s mission. 

It takes a constant rhythm of meaningful engagement to help a network like this thrive. Our role is to help create and systematize the rhythm, empowering SpringTide to strengthen their community.

To do this, we developed an Audience Journey Map for SpringTide. This decision guide highlights the intentional moments with stakeholders that move them closer to the goal, so they can engage the audience more effectively. We also helped SpringTide’s leaders develop good habits of communication, setting them up to have a passionate community of partners.
