Introducing SignalWorks: Turning Broken Buildings into Purposeful Places
“We originally wanted to clarify our message so we could sell to our potential customers better. What we got was an organizing concept that we could build our company around— our strategic vision, leading our team, and communicating with our potential clients as well.”
Eric Army, Founder
Congratulations to our friends at SignalWorks on their brand launch! SignalWorks is a Providence-based B-Corp architecture firm. We worked with their team to develop a new brand identity that matches the legacy they want to leave. The result is a brand built from the inside out, refined to multiply their impact: turning broken buildings into purposeful places.
Most architecture firms are driven by a single ego who shares their name with the company, so we worked with SignalWorks on a rebrand that takes them beyond the founder’s identity and rallies the community around their mission. Our job was to make space for the team to co-create, buy into the vision, and realign their business goals and management practices so they can truly live out the SignalWorks vision and promise.
“Giant Shoulders not only built us a brand that clarified our message for our customers, they delivered a brand system that connected that external message to our internal organization – realigning the company from strategic vision, leadership structure, marketing, and teams.”
Eric Army, Founder
We measure success by how passionately our clients come to own their brands. This can only be developed over time, which is why we developed a brand playbook as a foundational tool to build internal culture. Armed with this clarity, the founder and the team were able to build systems and habits to help everyone to make on-brand decisions regardless of their role and position.
