Zeroing in on a Better Future: Introducing Giant Shoulders’ Rebrand

Welcome to the new Giant Shoulders brand & website!

After spending the first half of this year reflecting on who we are and what we want to build, we are excited to start this new chapter.

Since our founding in 2017, we have worked with amazing entrepreneurs and innovators who are bringing disruptive ideas to life. Though they span a range of industries, the one vital thing they have in common is they’re all mission-driven leaders in their fields, seeking to make a better future together.

As our business has grown, we’ve embraced our role as active participants in positive change, and we wanted our own brand to reflect that from the inside out. So we spent some time reexamining our collective vision and digging into what sets us apart as a company.

Taking Our Own Medicine

As we’ve said before, “Time is a brand’s best friend.” It took us a few years of hard work and exploration to discover who we are and how we play our part in the change we seek to create. This is our first rebranding since founding the company, so, as a branding agency, we wanted to learn how to “take our own medicine.” We couldn’t just do it ourselves.

Here’s the thing about branding: in the day-to-day operations of a company, you’re too close to be able to objectively work on your own brand. We knew it would be a challenging process, and we knew we needed someone to step into the role we play for our clients and help us see our bigger picture. That’s why we brought a few of our collaborators together – brand strategist Station Design, designer Sarah Rabinovich-Pratt, and brand voice expert Rochelle Rizzi – to guide us through our own branding process. And we learned a lot about ourselves through this experience!
